Let's Make It
Cook meat with taco seasoning mix as directed on package, adding VELVEETA for the last 2 min. of the cooking time and stirring frequently until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spoon into serving bowl; place on tray.
Spoon lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream into separate bowls; place on tray next to taco meat. Add opened bags of chips.
Spoon taco meat over chips (in bags) just before serving; top with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
Ground Beef Storage Tips
Use ground beef within 2 days of purchasing, or freeze for longer storage. To thaw ground beef, place on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator on a plate to catch any juices. Once thawed, cook within 1 to 2 days. To thaw more quickly, use your microwave's DEFROST function or seal the meat in a resealable plastic bag and submerge in cold water, changing water every 30 min. until thawed. Meat thawed in the microwave or using water should be cooked immediately.
Practice mindful eating by savoring the flavor of this portion-controlled entree.
Invite your guests to add the toppings to make their own walking tacos.
