Treat family and friends to a batch of warm Caramel Rolls. In addition to delicious KRAFT Caramels, these Caramel Rolls include raisins and walnuts.

Original recipe yields 9 servings
1 pkg. (1/4 oz.) active dry yeast
2 Tbsp. warm water (105ºF to 115ºF)
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened, divided
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. milk, divided
6 Tbsp. sugar, divided
1 tsp. lemon zest
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2-1/2 cups flour
20 KRAFT Caramels
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
1/4 cup raisins

Sprinkle yeast over warm water in large bowl; stir until dissolved. Let stand 5 min. Add 1/2 cup each butter and milk, 2 Tbsp. sugar, lemon zest, salt and egg; mix well. Add flour; mix well. (Dough will be very soft.) Cover with damp towel or plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours.

Meanwhile, microwave caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute. Pour into 9-inch round or square pan sprayed with cooking spray; set aside for later use. Combine nuts, raisins and remaining sugar.

Place dough on lightly floured surface; knead 2 min. or until smooth and elastic. Roll into 14x9-inch rectangle. Melt remaining butter; brush onto dough. Sprinkle with nut mixture. Roll up, starting at one short side; cut into 9 slices.

Place, cut sides up and 1 inch apart, over caramel layer in 9-inch pan; cover with clean damp towel. Let rise in warm place 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Heat oven to 350°F. Bake 35 min. or until lightly browned. Invert pan onto plate; carefully remove pan. Cool slightly.
