Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 beef skirt steak (2 lb.)

Let's Make It
Mix all ingredients except steak until blended.
Pour dressing mixture over steak in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak with dressing mixture.
Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Cook steak as desired.
Prepare using other cuts of steak, such as flank, tri-tip or hanger.
