1 large carrot, peeled
6 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices, each cut into 4 lengthwise strips
12 grape tomatoes, cut in half

Let's Make It
Use vegetable peeler to peel carrot into 24 long thin ribbons.
Top each carrot ribbon with 1 each cheese strip and tomato half; roll up. Secure with toothpicks, if desired.
Substitute a zucchini or yellow squash for the carrot and/or cherry tomatoes for the grape tomatoes.
When cutting the carrot ribbons, apply more pressure than you normally would to peel the carrot into the long thin even slices.
