Shake up your after dinner routine with amazingly tasty Brownie Bowls. The only limit on how you fill your Brownie Bowls is your own imagination.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
3 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in sugar. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour.
Spoon batter into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) While brownies are baking, spray bottom of second muffin tin with cooking spray.
Remove brownies from oven, then immediately press second muffin tin into tops of brownies. Keep both tins pressed together until brownies are cooled. Remove top pan; carefully remove brownie bowls from muffin cups.
Fill brownie bowls with small scoops of ice cream, then top with your favorite ice cream toppings, thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping and sprinkles. Or, fill with your favorite berries or sliced fruit and top with thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
If you don't have a second muffin tin, spray bottom of a small round juice glass,1/4-cup dry measuring cup or shot glass with cooking spray. Sizes vary; use your judgment to find the option that best fits the muffin cups. Press into tops of the hot brownies to form the bowl shapes. Cool brownies completely before removing from the muffin cups.

Use Your Stove
Cook chocolate and butter in large saucepan on very low heat until melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, then continue as directed.
