Spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Add eggs| granulated sugar and cinnamon; mix well.,Dip bread| 1 piece at a time| into milk mixture. Arrange in overlapping rows in prepared dish as shown in photo; top with chocolate.,Bake 35 to 40 min. or until center is set and top is golden brown. 2-1/2 cups cold milk
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 slices white bread, cut diagonally in half
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1 tsp. powdered sugar
