1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Caramel Flavor Instant Pudding
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened, divided
2/3 cup plus 1 Tbsp. milk, divided
2-1/2 cups chopped peeled Granny Smith apples (about 3 apples)
1 cup powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Beat cake mix, dry pudding mix, eggs, oil, cinnamon, vanilla, 6 oz. cream cheese and 2/3 cup milk in large bowl with mixer until blended. Stir in apples.

Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 38 to 40 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.

Mix remaining cream cheese with powdered sugar and remaining milk in medium bowl until blended; drizzle over cake.

This moist cake can instead be baked in a well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or 12-cup fluted tube pan. Increase the baking time to 55 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 15 min. Loosen cake from sides of pan with knife. Invert cake onto wire rack; gently remove pan. Cool cake completely. Drizzle with glaze as directed.
