What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Chipotle Aioli
1 tsp. minced garlic
4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb.)
1/4 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime, cut into 4 wedges

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Mix aioli and garlic until blended.
Place fish on large sheet of foil sprayed with cooking spray; spread with mayo mixture. Top with cheese.
Fold foil to make packet; place on baking sheet.
Bake 15 to 18 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packet.
Squeeze lime juice over fish. Spoon mayo mixture over fish; sprinkle with cilantro.
Mix 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise with 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne) until blended. Use instead of the KRAFT Chipotle Aioli.
Serve with additional lime wedges.
