1-1/4 cups steel-cut oats
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Caramel Flavor Instant Pudding
2 Tbsp. ground flax seed
2-1/2 cups water
2 cups fat-free milk
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted

Reserve 1 banana for later use. Mash remaining banana; spoon into slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray. Add all remaining ingredients except nuts; mix well. Cover with lid.
