What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup HEINZ Ketchup Blended with Sriracha Flavor
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. nam pla (fish sauce)
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
1 red pepper, chopped
1 large shallot, sliced
1 cup tightly packed fresh basil leaves, torn
1/4 cup PLANTERS Cashews, toasted

Mix ketchup, sugar, lime juice and nam pla until blended.
Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 8 to 10 min. or until done.
Add peppers and shallots; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add ketchup mixture; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat. Stir in basil and nuts.
Substitute lite soy sauce for the nam pla.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
