Shake up a classic with our Pumpkin Lasagna recipe. Pumpkin Lasagna brings together pumpkin, Alfredo sauce and cheesy noodles in an excellent fashion.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 9 servings
1 can (15 oz.) canned pumpkin
1 cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 jar (15 oz.) CLASSICO Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 pkg. (5 oz.) baby spinach leaves
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix first 5 ingredients until blended.
Spread half the pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with layers of 3 noodles, half each of the pumpkin mixture and spinach, and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, pasta sauce and shredded cheese; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Cover.
Bake 1 hour or until heated through, uncovering after 45 min. Remove from oven. Let stand 15 min. before cutting to serve.
