What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 cups vanilla almond milk
2 cups water
2 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1/2 cup PLANTERS Pecan Halves, toasted, chopped

Mix pumpkin, sugar, coffee and pumpkin pie spice in large saucepan until blended. Gradually stir in milk, then water. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Add oats; mix well. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Spoon into mugs; top with COOL WHIP and nuts.
Garnish each filled mug with a dash of pumpkin pie spice.
