3 apples, chopped
3 kiwis, sliced
2 navel oranges, peeled, chopped
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts, toasted

Bring vinegar, syrup, poppy seed and spices to boil in saucepan; simmer on medium-low heat 8 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Let stand 10 min.
Combine all remaining ingredients except nuts in large bowl.
Pour vinegar mixture over fruit mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with nuts.
