Original recipe yields 9 servings
2 cups cooked quinoa, cooled
1 can (16 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, mashed
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce, divided
2 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
1 green onion, thinly sliced

Let's Make It
Mix quinoa, chickpeas, bread crumbs, mayo, garlic powder and 1/4 cup wing sauce until blended; shape into 18 (1-inch) balls.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add quinoa balls, in batches; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to serving plate. Cover to keep warm while cooking remaining quinoa balls.
Drizzle dressing, then remaining wing sauce over quinoa balls. Sprinkle with onions.
The quinoa mixture can be prepared and shaped into balls ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 2 days before cooking as directed.
