What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/3 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 lb. small fresh mushrooms, cut in half

Let's Make It
Bring all ingredients except mushrooms to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Pour over mushrooms in medium bowl; stir gently. Let stand 20 min. to marinate, stirring occasionally. Cool.
Drain mushrooms just before serving, discarding the marinade.
Serve as a first-course antipasto along with olives, and assorted pickled hot and/or sweet peppers.
These flavorful mushrooms can be marinated up to 3 days before serving.
