What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. tilapia fillets, cut into 2-1/2x3/4-inch sticks
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup slivered red onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
8 corn tortillas (6 inch)
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup chopped mixed baby salad greens

Heat oven to 400°F.
Toss fish, in batches, with coating mix as directed on package. Place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Bake 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, onions and garlic in medium bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly.
Top tortillas with fish, tomato mixture, cilantro and salad greens.
Serve with lime wedges.
Add 1 Tbsp. finely chopped seeded jalapeño peppers to tomato mixture before using as directed.
