Let's Make It
1
Heat grill to medium heat.
2
Cook bacon in large skillet placed on grill grate until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 2 Tbsp. drippings from skillet. Reduce grill temperature to medium-low heat.
3
Meanwhile, whisk cream cheese spread and milk in medium bowl until blended. Add eggs; mix well.
4
Return skillet to grill. Cook until drippings are heated through. Add egg mixture; cook 5 min. or just until egg mixture starts to set, stirring occasionally. Stir in vegetables and seasonings; cook 3 to 5 min. or until egg mixture is completely set, stirring occasionally. Remove from grill.
5
Add cheddar to egg mixture; mix well. Spoon egg mixture down centers of tortillas. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style. Serve with berries.
Kitchen Tips
Tip 1
User Defined
Research suggests that people who eat breakfast are less likely to overeat later in the day. Breakfast is also a great time to add more fruits and vegetables to your diet.
Tip 2
Make Ahead
The burritos can be assembled ahead of time. Wrap individually in heavy-duty foil or double layer of regular foil, then place in resealable plastic bag. Seal bag. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, heat grill to medium heat. Place unwrapped burritos in single layer in disposable foil pan; cover with additional foil. Place pan on grill grate; grill 30 min. or just until burritos are heated through.
Tip 3
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a hot cup of brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee or a cold glass of milk.
Tip 4
Variation
This also makes a great recipe to cook over a campfire. Place the wrapped burritos next to the hot coals, then cook 10 to 15 min. or until heated through, turning frequently with long tongs.
