Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 lb. baby carrots
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Place carrots in large saucepan. Add enough water to fill pan to 1-inch depth. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer 7 to 8 min. or until carrots are crisp-tender; drain in colander.
Melt butter in same saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients except parsley; mix well. Cook 3 to 4 min. or until sugar is dissolved and sauce is heated through, stirring frequently.
Return carrots to pan; stir. Cook 3 min. or until heated through.
Spoon into serving dish; sprinkle with parsley.
