What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. lemon zest
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
8 slices prosciutto
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 425°F.
Whisk vinegar, honey and mustard in small bowl until blended. Gradually add oil, stirring constantly. Stir in lemon zest.
Place asparagus in shallow dish. Add 2 Tbsp. prepared vinaigrette; toss to evenly coat asparagus with vinaigrette.
Divide asparagus into 8 bundles. Wrap each with prosciutto slice.
Place, seam sides down, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 13 to 15 min. or until asparagus is crisp-tender and prosciutto is crisp. Drizzle with remaining vinaigrette; sprinkle with cheese.
Stir 1 tsp. each chopped fresh basil and thyme into vinaigrette before tossing with the asparagus.
