Our Italian Hummus recipe takes classic hummus and gives it an Italian accent using white beans, sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. It's the perfect appetizer for easy entertaining.

1 can (15.5 oz.) cannellini beans, rinsed
1/3 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 Tbsp. shaved Parmesan cheese

Process all ingredients except shaved Parmesan in food processor until smooth.
