Original recipe yields 12 servings
2-1/4 cups flour, divided
1/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar, divided
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup cold butter, divided
2 eggs
2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1 cup raspberries
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, chopped

Heat oven to 375°F.

Mix 2 Tbsp. each flour and granulated sugar in medium bowl. Cut in 2 Tbsp. butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve for later use.

Beat brown sugar with remaining granulated sugar and butter in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs; mix well.

Combine baking powder, salt and remaining flour. Gradually add to brown sugar mixture alternately with milk, mixing just until blended after each addition. (Batter will be lumpy.) Gently stir in fruit.

Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups; top with reserved crumb mixture.

Bake 25 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 min. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
