Kitchen Tips
Size Wise
Indulge in a treat occasionally and give yourself permission to enjoy it in moderation. Healthy eating is about making good choices the majority of the time.
Storage Know-How
Fresh berries are perishable and do not ripen after picking. Look for firm plump berries. Store in the refrigerator for no longer than 2 days. Rinse with cool water just before using. Berries in season have more flavor and are typically lower in cost than their out-of-season counterparts.
