Original recipe yields 40 servings
2 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup PLANTERS Chipotle Peanuts

Heat oven to 375°F.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Beat oil and sugars in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate and nuts.

Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 8 to 10 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
