2 bunches baby carrots with tops (2 lb.)
1/4 cup KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Trim tops off carrots, leaving 1-inch-long stems. Place carrots in medium skillet.
Add 2 Tbsp. dressing and enough water to fill skillet to 1/2-inch depth; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until carrots are crisp-tender; drain in colander.
Mix honey, pepper and remaining dressing in same skillet; cook 1 min., stirring constantly. Add carrots; stir. Cook 2 min., stirring frequently.
Dutch carrots are baby carrots sold with their greens attached. For added color, use rainbow-colored baby carrots to prepare this delicious side dish.
