Original recipe yields 36 servings
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, broken into small pieces
3/4 cup butter
2-1/4 cups sugar, divided
4 eggs, divided
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. red food coloring
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla, divided
1-1/2 cups flour
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Heat oven to 350°F.
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in 2 cups sugar. Blend in 3 eggs, milk, food coloring and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Add flour; mix well. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add remaining sugar, egg and vanilla; mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls over brownie batter; swirl gently with knife.
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.
If using a 13x9-inch glass baking dish, prepare recipe as directed reducing the oven temperature to 325°F.
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
