What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 cups whole milk, warmed
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika

Let's Make It
Melt butter in medium saucepan on low heat. Add flour; mix well. Cook 2 min. or until bubbly, stirring constantly.
Add milk gradually, mixing well after each addition. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook 3 to 5 min. or until thickened. Remove from heat.
Add cheese; whisk until melted. Stir in pepper and paprika.
How to Warm the Milk
Cook milk in saucepan on medium heat just until warmed (about 110°F), stirring occasionally. Do not let it come to a boil.
Serve over grilled chicken, hot cooked pasta or your favorite cooked fresh vegetable, such as steamed or roasted broccoli or cauliflower.
