This Slow-Cooker Fish Recipe works great with flounder, tilapia, red snapper and more. This Slow-Cooker Fish Recipe is definitely the catch of the day.

2 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
Juice from 2 lemons
1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
4 flounder fillets (1 lb.)

Reserve 2 Tbsp. onions for garnish. Combine remaining onions with cheese, mayo, lemon juice and pepper.

Spray 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil with cooking spray. Spread cheese mixture evenly onto both sides of fish fillets; place on prepared foil sheets. Fold to make 4 packets; place in slow cooker. Cover with lid.

Cook on HIGH 2 hours or until fish flakes easily with fork. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets. Sprinkle with reserved onions.

Substitute
Prepare using tilapia, red snapper, branzino or rainbow trout.
