1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cut in half
4 carrots, peeled, quartered
1 onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (2 lb.)
1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Balsamic Parmesan Asiago Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
