1 pork tenderloin (1 lb.)
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. oil
1 red onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 large plums, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
3/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1 Tbsp. HEINZ Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 400ºF.

Sprinkle meat with black pepper. Heat oil in large ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 2 to 4 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides. Transfer meat to plate.

Add onions, ginger and crushed pepper to skillet; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Cook on medium-low heat 5 to 10 min. or until onions are softened and lightly browned; top with meat and any reserved meat juices. Spoon plums around meat.

Bake 15 to 20 min. or until meat is done (145ºF). Transfer meat to serving plate, reserving plums and onion mixture in skillet; cover meat to keep warm.

Add chicken broth, dressing and vinegar to skillet. Bring to boil, stirring constantly to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Cook and stir on medium heat 5 min. or until liquid is slightly thickend. Remove from heat. Add butter; whisk until melted. Serve over meat.
