Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder and cumin until blended.
Combine all remaining ingredients except tortillas and lettuce in large bowl. Add mayonnaise mixture; mix lightly.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Top tortillas with lettuce and chicken mixture. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
Omit lettuce and tortillas. Serve instead as a main-dish chicken salad.
