Cut lime half into 4 thin slices; set aside. Squeeze juice from remaining limes; pour into medium bowl.
Add dry pudding mix, milk and rum to lime juice; beat with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP.
Place 1 lime slice in each of 4 small dessert glasses; top with pudding mixture.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Omit the rum. Or, substitute 1 tsp. rum extract for the rum.
