These super-simple Coconut-Lime Mousse Cups are sure to be a hit. With the flavors of lime, coconut and rum, this cool and refreshing dessert is the perfect summertime treat.

2-1/2 limes, divided
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Coconut Cream Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup cold milk
1 Tbsp. light rum
3/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Cut lime half into 4 thin slices; set aside. Squeeze juice from remaining limes; pour into medium bowl.

Add dry pudding mix, milk and rum to lime juice; beat with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP.

Place 1 lime slice in each of 4 small dessert glasses; top with pudding mixture.

Refrigerate 1 hour.
