What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1-1/2 cups HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 cup grated gingerroot
2 cups water
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
2 cups non-alcoholic ginger beer

Let's Make It
Whisk all ingredients except pumpkin and beer in medium bowl until mixture is well blended and sugar is dissolved. Add pumpkin; mix well.
Refrigerate 8 hours.
Pour pumpkin mixture through fine-mesh strainer into pitcher. Discard strained solids.
Pour prepared drink into 4 glasses. Add beer.
The pumpkin mixture can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks before straining and mixing with the ginger beer.
