Original recipe yields 24 servings
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Jalapeño Cheese
1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 4), cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
2 tsp. olive oil
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. choppped green onions

Heat oven to 375°F.
Combine chicken, cheese, barbecue sauce and cilantro.
Place potatoes in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet; brush with oil.
Top with chicken mixture, adding about 1 Tbsp. chicken mixture to each potato.
Bake 30 min. or until chicken mixture is heated through and potatoes are tender.
Top with sour cream and onions.
Prepare using your favorite flavor of KRAFT Barbecue Sauce.
For best results, use potatoes which are of similar size.
