Let's Make It
Shred half the cucumber; place in medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic powder; mix well. Cut remaining cucumber piece into thin slices.
Cut tomato into 4 slices, then cut each slice in half.
Spread insides of pita halves evenly with half the mayonnaise mixture; fill with cucumber slices, tomatoes, chicken, onions and lettuce. Top with remaining mayonnaise mixture.
Prepare using whole wheat pita breads.
The mayonnaise mixture can be mixed together ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 5 days before using as directed.
