What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 can (14.5 oz.) petite diced tomatoes with jalapeños, undrained
1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 beef flank steak (1-1/2 lb.)
1 onion, sliced
1 each green and red pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup chopped pimento-stuffed green olives plus 1 Tbsp. reserved liquid

Let's Make It
Combine tomatoes, ketchup, vinegar, garlic and cumin in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray.
Add steak, onions and peppers; turn with tongs until evenly coated with tomato mixture. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours (or HIGH 5 to 6 hours).
Remove steak from slow cooker; pull into shreds. Return to slow cooker; mix lightly. Stir in olives and reserved olive liquid.
Serve over hot cooked white rice.
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
