Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed, cut lengthwise in half
1 cup shredded carrots
1 Honeycrisp apple, chopped
1/4 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cups cooked quinoa
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/3 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted

Let's Make It
Combine Brussels sprouts, carrots and apples in large bowl.
Whisk vinegar, mustard and honey in medium bowl until blended. Gradually add oil, mixing well after each addition.
Add half the vinegar mixture to Brussels sprouts mixture; mix lightly.
Spoon quinoa into 4 serving bowls; top with Brussels sprouts mixture, chicken and nuts.
Drizzle with remaining vinegar mixture.
For added convenience, the Brussels sprouts can be combined with the carrots and apples ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 1 hour. Or if preparing more than 1 hour in advance, dip the chopped apples in small amount of carbonated lemon-lime beverage before tossing with the Brussels sprouts and carrots.
How to Toast the Nuts
Toasting nuts adds crunch and intensifies their flavor. To toast nuts in the oven, spread nuts in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake in 350°F oven 10 to 15 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
