1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half

Let's Make It
Use spiralizer to cut zucchini into thin lengthwise curled strips.
Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add zucchini; cook 2 to 3 min. or until slightly softened.
Add tomatoes and pesto sauce; mix lightly. Cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Sprinkle with cheese.
For more color, prepare using 1 each zucchini and yellow squash.
How to Make Zucchini Noodles without a Spiralizer
If you don't have a spiralizer, you can instead use a vegetable peeler to make the zucchini "noodles." For best results, apply light pressure as you pull the peeler down the zucchini to make the wide fettuccine-like strips.
