What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 lb. cremini mushrooms, sliced
1-1/2 cups slivered red onions
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. capers
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Let's Make It
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, heat half the dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 8 to 10 min. or until done. Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm. Heat remaining dressing in skillet. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; cook and stir 7 min. or until softened.
Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water. Stir reserved water into ingredients in skillet; bring to boil. Add chicken, capers, cheese and parsley; mix lightly.
Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
Serve with a crisp green salad tossed with your favorite variety of KRAFT Vinaigrette Dressing.
