Blend all ingredients except chocolate in blender until smooth.
Chop 3 oz. chocolate; stir into batter.
Pour into 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 23 to 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.)
Microwave remaining chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over brownie. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
Sprinkle cooled brownies lightly with powdered sugar just before serving.
