4 eggs
1 pkg. (8 oz.) frozen artichoke hearts, thawed, coarsely chopped

Heat oven to 350°F.

Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, except reduce the water to 1 cup.

Whisk eggs in large bowl until blended. Add artichokes and stuffing; mix lightly.

Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese. Cover.

Bake 30 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
