Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. each black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder
4 KRAFT Big Slice Jalapeño Cheese Slices, cut in half
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/2 habanero chile, seeded, chopped
3 Tbsp. peach preserves
4 hamburger buns, toasted
1 cup loosely packed arugula

Let's Make It
Heat grill on medium heat.
Mix meat, Worcestershire sauce and dry seasonings just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160°F), topping with cheese pieces for the last 4 min. Meanwhile, mix mayo, chiles and preserves until blended; spread onto bottom halves of buns.
Fill buns with burgers and arugula.
Prepare using KRAFT Big Slice Hot Habanero Cheese Slices or KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slices.
Serve with baked potato sweet fries.
