What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 lb. fettuccine, uncooked
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup each chopped red peppers and yellow onions
1/4 lb. bay scallops
1/4 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
1 cup CLASSICO Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce
1 can (6 oz.) lump crabmeat, drained, broken into chunks
1 green onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and yellow onions; cook 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add scallops; cook and stir 2 min. Add shrimp; cook 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink and scallops are opaque, stirring frequently.
Drain pasta. Add to ingredients in skillet along with the pasta sauce and crabmeat; mix lightly. Cook 2 to 3 min or until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with green onions and Parmesan.
Prepare using sea scallops. Cut in half before using as directed.
