What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 2)
2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
1/4 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Sunflower Kernels
1 oz. BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Line 8-inch square baking dish with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate; mix well.
Pour into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 to 23 min. or until golden brown. Cool 10 min. Use foil handles to remove oat mixture from dish.
Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over oat mixture. Let stand 10 min.
Refrigerate 20 min. or until chocolate is firm. Peel off and discard foil before cutting oatmeal mixture into bars to serve.
How to Store
Store cut bars in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 3 days before serving.
Prepare using old-fashioned oats. For best results, pulse them for a few seconds in the food processor before using as directed.
