1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
2 green onions, sliced
8 hamburger buns
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Place chicken in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; top with cream cheese and dressing. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 4 to 6 hours (or on HIGH 2 to 3 hours).

Remove chicken from slow cooker; pull into shreds with 2 forks. Return chicken to slow cooker. Add onions; mix lightly.

Spoon chicken mixture onto bottom halves of buns; top with bacon and cheddar. Cover with tops of buns.
