Use up that leftover rice with our Kimchi-Fried Rice recipe. Kimchi-Fried Rice is a great way to add surprising flavors to your everyday menu choices.

Original recipe yields 2 servings
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, divided
1-1/2 cups chilled cooked long-grain white rice
2 oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup sliced green onion, divided
1/2 cup chopped kimchi
2 eggs

Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add rice, ham and 3 Tbsp. onions; stir-fry 4 min.

Add kimchi; stir-fry 3 min. or until heated through. Remove from heat.

Cook eggs in small covered skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4 min. or until whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.

Spoon rice mixture into 2 bowls; drizzle with remaining dressing. Top with eggs and remaining onions.

Variation
For a meatless version, substitute extra chopped fresh vegetables, such as bell peppers, carrots and/or zucchini, for the ham.
Note
This is a great way to use leftover cooked rice.
