Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
8 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawed, cut crosswise in half
1/4 cup butter, melted

Heat oven to 350°F.

Heat dressing in medium skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 to 3 min. or until onion crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add spinach and garlic powder; mix well.

Mix eggs, ricotta and feta until blended. Add to spinach mixture; mix well.

Place 1 phyllo sheet piece in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; brush lightly with some of the butter. Repeat with 7 of the remaining phyllo sheet pieces, brushing each phyllo piece with some of the remaining butter before covering with next phyllo sheet piece.

Spread spinach mixture evenly over phyllo stack in baking dish; top with remaining phyllo sheet pieces, brushing some of the remaining butter between each layer.

Bake 40 to 45 min. or until golden brown.
