2 slices white sandwich bread
1 KRAFT DELI DELUXE Process American Cheese Slice
2 tsp. butter, softened
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
6 cups loosely packed chopped iceberg lettuce
1 cup chopped tomatoes
6 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

Fill bread slices with cheese slice. Spread outsides of sandwich with butter; sprinkle evenly with Parmesan.

Cook in skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides. Transfer sandwich to cutting board.

Toss lettuce with tomatoes and bacon in large bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly.

Cut sandwich into 16 squares; place over salad.
