Cut 8 strawberries in half; place in 2-qt. pitcher. Add lemon slices.
Place remaining strawberries in blender container. Add elderflower syrup, drink mix and 2 cups tap water; blend until smooth. Add to fruit in pitcher. Stir in remaining 2 cups tap water.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Add sparkling water just before serving.
Slice additional strawberries; place in ring mold. Add a few edible flowers. Fill mold with additional tap water; freeze 6 hours or until solid. Pour chilled lemonade into punch bowl just before serving. Unmold ice ring; add to punch bowl. For convenience, this colorful ice mold can be frozen up to 1 month before using as desired.
Slice additional lemons and strawberries. Add to lemonade-filled glasses just before serving.

Serve over ice.
