Add maraschino cherry juice to your MAXWELL HOUSE coffee for a Cherry Mocha. Complete the recipe by topping your Cherry Mocha with COOL WHIP and cherries.

2 cups freshly brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Ground Coffee
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
1/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
2 maraschino cherries

Cook coffee, milk, chocolate syrup and cherry juice in saucepan on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Pour into 2 mugs.

Top with COOL WHIP and cherries.

Tip 1
Caramel Mocha
Omit cherry juice and cherries. Cook coffee mixture as directed except substitute 3 Tbsp. caramel ice cream topping for the cherry juice. Pour into mugs; top with COOL WHIP. Drizzle additional 1 tsp. caramel topping over COOL WHIP in each mug before serving.

How to Store Ground Coffee
Air causes ground coffee to become stale, so keep your coffee stored in an airtight container in your refrigerator or freezer. Maximum refrigerated storage time is 10 days. Do not allow coffee container to stand at room temperature or the container will condense moisture vapor from the air and the coffee will deteriorate faster. For longer storage, store coffee in the freezer for up to 6 months. No need to thaw--you can use directly from the freezer when brewing. Return container to freezer immediately after use.
