3 cups unsweetened almond milk, divided
3 cups brewed strong GEVALIA House Blend
2 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups (about 1/2 of 8-oz. tub) thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Bring honey and 1 tsp. cinnamon to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

Add almond milk, coffee and vanilla; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

Pour into 4 mugs. Top with COOL WHIP; sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.
